 When we decided to sell our rental in Chantilly we choose Edie off a Zillow advertisement. She more than earned her money on the sale. The house still had a tenant in it and we live across the country, so Edie had to manage the tenant move-out, staging, repairs... everything necessary to get the  house ready for sale.
Since we didn't want to hold the house vacant, we wanted to price it low enough for multiple offers. After 2 months of work by her, we put the house on the market and sold it in 1 weekend for 10% over our asking price. House closed for the sales price 30 days later.
